For the Fox TV show "Murder In Small Town X" we made highly realistic silicone heads. "They're quite real looking, even in person. For the show we had to recreate the last three victims for the final episode. They had to look exactly like the actors in the show for them to come off successfully. It was a real challenge;both the producers and myself feel we had accomplished that 100%. Each of the heads are carefully mixed into the mold in layers, and each eye brow hair was punched individually with a hypodermic needle, to assure the most realism."
