My then agent first heard about the project "HANNIBAL" sequel to "Silence Of The Lambs"and sent my  press kit to Dino De Laurentiis, Martha De Laurentiis Dino's wife passed it on to Ridley Scott of Scott Free Productions, We were later in touch with them, and did a concept design of the main character inspired by the Thomas Harris book "HANNIBAL" MASON VERGER who was later played by Gary Oldman. These designs were done in the early stages of production when it was thought that Jody Foster would return. The production was then put in holding pattern. So I went on to other work, And Juliann Moore was hired. Then of course Greg Cannom got the job. And what a wonderful job he and his studio have done. Fellow artist and friend Mike Marino came up with this design based on the description in the Harris book.
